Position Available: Head of Growth

Location: Vancouver

**Role Overview**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and communicate comprehensive growth marketing plan to achieve revenue goals.
- Own customer acquisition channels: paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Improve customer conversion by identifying, testing, and rolling out messaging, pricing, and UX enhancements.
- Ensure quick customer onboarding, low churn, and increased LTV.
- Utilize GA, Google Tag Manager to measure and improve CAC, MRR, and LTV.
- Drive implementation of seasonal paid digital marketing calendars.
- Optimize post-campaign ROI analysis to enhance future strategies.
- Manage paid spend allocation for profitability.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Influence website content and SEO for improved customer journey.
- Manage third-party vendors and digital marketing tech stack.
- Strategically plan merchandising aligned with marketing initiatives.
- Lead onsite content planning and product messaging.
- Drive global Digital Commerce platform development.
- Lead web development sprint planning.
- Optimize user experience across digital platforms.
- Analyze market and user trends for performance improvements.
- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for eCommerce tools.
- Summarize online business data for strategic guidance.
- Maintain stakeholder dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Oversee purchase decisions and inventory management.
- Report on category and sell-through trends.
- Build, lead, empower, and motivate your team.
- Develop team capabilities and foster high performance.
- Collaborate across departments for effective eCommerce operations.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 10+ years of experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong skills in strategy, budget management, forecasting, merchandising, and digital marketing.
- Understanding of Amazon and Wayfair businesses.
- Expertise in data management and eCommerce analytics.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing site functionality and user experience.
- Leadership and team management skills in a high-growth DTC environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative across different stakeholders.
- Results-driven entrepreneur with a servant leadership approach.
