- Enquêter, signaler et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives pour tout incident de dommage à l'aéronef ou de blessure d'employé et mener/participer à l'encadrement et aux conseils des employés si nécessaire.
- Les gestionnaires doivent être en mesure d'organiser des réunions de sécurité mensuelles pour tous les employés.
- Coordonner la formation à la sécurité des nouveaux employés et effectuer la formation à la sécurité.
- Capable de communiquer et de sensibiliser tous les employés à la sécurité, y compris les nouveaux employés.

**PROFIL**:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales de 4 ans dans un domaine pertinent fortement préféré ou expérience équivalente
- Doit avoir un diplôme d'études secondaires, une formation générale ou une expérience de travail équivalente, et un degré élevé d'attention aux détails
- Capacité à lire, parler couramment et comprendre la langue anglaise
- Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide
- Doit être capable de passer l'autorisation et le test de sécurité de l'aéroport
- Connaissance des règles de sécurité aéroportuaire souhaitée

Newrest is recruiting **Ramp Safety Manager for its Unit in Dorval**.

Newrest is looking for a Ramp Safety Manager to be part of the team for our Dorval location. This individual will be responsible for enforcing safety policies, procedures and working conditions that affect the employee on the job. Direct and coordinate activities to provide a safe environment for employees while maintaining fast and efficient services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee recruiting and placement efforts to ensure staffing levels meet requirements and exercise best possible effort to follow any instructions provided by Customer or their designee regarding standards, procedures and practices.
- Investigate, report and implement corrective action for any incident of aircraft damage or employee injury and conduct/participate in employee coaching and counseling as necessary.
- Managers must be able to conduct monthly safety meetings for all employees.
- Coordinate new hire safety training and perform the safety training.
- Able to communicate and instill safety awareness in all employees including new hires

**Profile**:

- 4 year college degree in relevant field strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, and a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to read, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Must possess valid Driver License
- Must be able to pass airport security clearance and test
- Knowledge of airport safety regulations preferred
