**Job Description**:
The Lead dispatches the passenger services operational tasks to be performed by the team in an efficient way.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the teams work and make sure that the tasks are completed in the required delay and in a secure way.
- Communicate the work instructions and procedures to the ramp services. Be a resourceful person for his team.
- Follow the information on the loading plans to carry them out as determined by the supervisor.
- Reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the supervisor on duty.
- Read in interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials, identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and luggage and cargo routing tags.
- Responsible for the safe push back and communications with the flight crew during push back.
- Make sure that the tasks are done in compliance with the company expectations.
- All other tasks necessary for the good operation of the Ramp Service Department.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- ** Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Airport Operations**:

- ** Experience as a ramp agent, essential**:

- ** Hold a Class 5 driver’s license;**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a RAIC card
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an AD ramp permit
- You must successfully complete the initial training to obtain the ramp agent position
- You must successfully complete a medical examination required by Air Transat, as well as applicable security checks, including criminal records.
- Ability in personnel management
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrate judgment and problem-solving skills
- Bilingualism (French/English);
- Must be available to work on various shifts (day, evening, night, week-ends, holidays), Must be available 24/7
- Enjoy working in a team environment.

Additional Information

Work uniform and airport parking provided.

Schedule: 4/3 rotation (4 days of 10 hours/day for 40 hours/week)
