Le Ramp Safety Newrest est chargé d'auditer les performances et les processus des membres de l'équipe afin de garantir des comportements et des résultats sûrs. Il collabore avec les équipes opérationnelles pour développer et promouvoir une culture de la sécurité saine, notamment en menant des audits, en établissant des rapports sur les résultats, en encadrant les membres de l'équipe, en analysant les tendances et en améliorant les comportements et les processus. Cette fonction fait partie de l'équipe Sécurité et formation.
- Gérer des opérations quotidiennes pour la r&
- Assurer que les politiques et procédures de la compagnie soient respectées;
- Guider et diriger les employés dans l'exécution de leurs tâches;
- Préparer les rapports des vols, faire le briefing avec les chauffeurs avant les vols;
- Enquêter et compléter la documentation pour les incidents / accidents;
- S'assurer de l'utilisation sécuritaire des équipements de la ramp et rapporter des irrégularités;
- S’assurer que les bons de livraisons sont correctement remplis et transférés au service de facturation
- Communication avec la hiérarchie
- Assurer de bonnes relations commerciales avec les clients en pistes (escales, agents de bords, etc)
- Réorganiser l’actio, des chauffeurs en fonction des modifs demandé par la compagnie (changement presta, retard, croisement machine;
- Toute autre tâche nécessaire au bon déroulement des opérations.

- A Newrest Ramp Safety is responsible for auditing team member performance and processes to ensure safe behaviors and outcomes. This role partners with the operations teams to develop and drive a healthy safety culture, including conducting audits, reporting on findings, coaching team members, analyzing trends, and improving behaviors and processes. This role is part of the Safety and Training team.

**Skills**:

- Manage day-to-day operations for the r&
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Guide and direct employees in the performance of their duties;
- Prepare flight reports, brief drivers before flights;
- Investigate and complete incident/accident documentation;
- Ensure safe use of ramp equipment and report irregularities;
- Ensure that delivery notes are correctly completed and forwarded to the billing department.
- Communication with line management
- Maintain good commercial relations with customers on the ground (stopovers, flight attendants, etc.).
- Reorganize drivers' activities according to changes requested by the company (service changes, delays, machine crossings, etc.);
- Any other task required for the smooth running of operations.
- Diplôme d'études collégiales de 4 ans dans un domaine pertinent fortement préféré ou expérience équivalente
- Doit avoir un diplôme d'études secondaires, une formation générale ou une expérience de travail équivalente, et un degré élevé d'attention aux détails
- Capacité à lire, parler couramment et comprendre la langue anglaise
- Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide
- Doit être capable de passer l'autorisation et le test de sécurité de l'aéroport
- Connaissance des règles de sécurité aéroportuaire souhaitée

- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, and a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to read, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Must possess valid Driver License
- Must be able to pass airport security clearance and test
- Knowledge of airport safety regulations preferred

Must be flexible and able and willing to work extra hours and weekends, bank holidays and evenings when required to meet seasonal, event and visitor demands. Consider shift start and finish times and transport links to site, living within reasonable travelling distance to the site may be a consideration.
