**Agent Chef de rampe / Lead Ramp Agent**

Débuté avec l’équipe des opérations côté piste à l’aéroport de Montréal. Il y a beaucoup de variété impliquée dans cette position stimulante, vous devrez donc être très adaptable car vous jouerez un rôle clé pour vous assurer que les avions de nos clients sont prêts, sécurisés et ponctuels.

En tant qu’agent de piste principal (préposé à la rampe), vous gérerez les bagages et le cargo, en plus d’utiliser une variété d’équipements. Vous êtes un membre actif de l’équipe et fournirez des conseils, de l’encadrement et de l’assistance aux agents de piste (préposés de rampe), afin que les normes de l’entreprise soient respectées et appliquées de manière cohérente pour assurer la sécurité et un service à la clientèle optimal, ainsi que la ponctualité. Vous serez également:

- Responsable du chargement et du déchargement sûrs et efficaces du cargo et des bagages des passagers. Préparer les avions pour l’arrivée et le départ.
- Communiquer et coordonner efficacement les activités aériennes et de l’équipage avec toutes les parties prenantes
- Embarquement ou remorquage d’aéronefs jusqu’aux postes de porte d’embarquement et de débarquement des passagers
- Chargement et déchargement des bagages de fret et des passagers. Préparation des avions pour l’arrivée et le départ.
- Conduite et exploitation d’aéronefs d’entretien de véhicules et d’équipements
- Assurer la conformité aux normes établies en matière d’uniformes et d’équipements de sécurité de l’entreprise
- Solides qualités de leadership et compétences en communication pour déléguer et prendre des décisions urgentes
- Expérience de préposé de rampe principal ou de supervision dans le cadre d’une opération au sol dans un aéroport
- Auto-entreprenant, motivé, capable de travailler dans des délais stricts afin de maintenir la performance à temps tout en assurant la sécurité d’abord et toujours
- Disponibilité à travailler par quarts
- Capable de soulever des objets lourds pesant jusqu’à 70 livres (32 kilogrammes)
- Volonté de travailler à l’extérieur dans toutes les conditions météorologiques
- Capacité de travailler dans des délais stricts afin de maintenir les départs à l’heure
- Admissible à travailler au Canada
- Doit être en mesure d’obtenir et de maintenir toutes les habilitations de sécurité applicables en matière de transport et les autorisations supplémentaires. Veuillez consulter le site de Transports Canada pour plus de détails.
- Possède un permis de conduire provincial valide

As a Lead Ramp Agent (Station Attendant), you will be managing baggage and freight, plus operating a variety of equipment. You are a working member of the team and will provide guidance, coaching and assistance to Ramp Agents (Station Attendants), so that company standards are met and consistently always applied to ensure safety & optimal customer service, as well as on-time performance. You will also be:

- Responsible for the safe and efficient on-loading and off-loading cargo and passenger baggage \ Preparing aircraft for arrival and departure.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate crew and operational flight activities with all stakeholders
- Marshaling or towing aircraft to gate positions for passenger boarding and deplaning
- On-loading and off-loading cargo and passenger baggage \ Preparing aircraft for arrival and departure.
- Driving and operating aircraft servicing vehicles and equipment
- Ensure compliance with established corporate uniform and safety equipment standards
- Strong leadership qualities & communication skills to delegate & carry out time critical decisions
- Lead Station Attendant or supervisory experience on an airport ground operation
- Self starter, self motivated, able to work within strict timelines in order to maintain on-time performance
