This role is designed for those ready to dive into the world of sales with an understanding that genuine income growth comes from steady learning and effort. Our hands-on coaching will guide you through the essentials of lead generation, prospect qualification, appointment setting, and closing deals. At Peintres PCE, we focus on empowerment through coaching, helping our team become their best selves in both business and life.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods, reaching out to homeowners to share the benefits of Peintres PCE’s professional painting services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients over the phone.
- Master the end-to-end sales process, supported by one-on-one coaching from experienced trainers.
- Embrace feedback to build resilience and sharpen your skills through continuous sales and life coaching.
- Maintain focus on daily actions and goals to ensure consistent personal and team achievements.
**Qualifications**:
- Access to a personal vehicle full-time is required for this position.
- A strong commitment to start at a lower income while developing high-value sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, positive approach.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and put in consistent hard work.
- A passion for personal and professional growth, with a mindset suited to commission-based pay and maximizing effort every day.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Competitive hourly wage plus commissions on each closed sale, with potential for six-figure earnings through hard work and perseverance.
