Burwell Auto Body is looking for a **Maintenance Specialist **for our busy collision center

As a **Building Maintenance Specialist** **,** you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of team members and customers every day. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all outside services used to maintain functionality of dealership, including but not limited, to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, roofing, landscaping, and fire protection services.
- Responsible for cleaning: office and customer facing areas, restrooms, parts department, lunchroom/conference room, shop area, exterior and parking lots.
- Supplies/Monitor and order supplies as needed including cleaning supplies, water, coffee, cups, paper products, etc.
- Manage the repair and maintenance of shop equipment including but not limited to lifts, compressors, parts washer, car wash system and oil distribution systems.
- Schedule all preventative maintenance and inspections associated with the dealership ( quarterly/bi-annual/annual inspection) ex: fire protection, elevator, lifts, etc.
- Deep cleaning events from time to time as needed.
- Maintenance/handyman duties - ex: including but not limited to changing of interior light-bulbs/ceiling tiles, pressure washing, painting (interior/exterior).
- Schedule/Coordinate appointments, review, submit and follow up on invoices for select vendors.
- Shall work with the department managers to confirm what items are needed and which items need to be thrown away to ensure that the dealership is always neat and organized even in areas that are not facing customers or employees.
- Snow Removal/Clear walkways and entry areas of snow and ice.
- Spread salt/ice melter as needed to ensure a safe pathway.
- Record storageAssist with the proper storage and maintenance of company files to ensure organization and security.
- Re-organization projects as needed from time to time, closets, storage rooms, etc.
- Work hand in hand with Corporate Construction Managers and contractors in regard to building/expansion projects, including but not limited to, working with service providers to stop/start or suspend services, request permits, notarize documents.
- Assist Regional Facility Manager with projects as needed.
- Lawn Care.
- Other duties to be determined by management.
