Cashier/receptionist

We are looking for a **Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist** to join our team of talented and driven professionals. **Job Type**:Part-Time, Permanent

**Schedule**:Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**Salary/Hourly Wage**:$17.00

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ability to work and focus in an active and social atmosphere
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment with a willingness to offer support to other team members
- Excellent computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Six months of work experience in a customer facing role is required

**Tasks**:

- Promotes dealership by presenting a professional image
- Answers all incoming calls, ideally by the fourth ring, with a professional and friendly voice
- Greets all customers in a friendly manner and directs them to the appropriate individual or department
- Provides basic information to customers who have general questions
- Opens, closes and balances the cash
- Receives cash, cheques and credit card payments records onto cash summary sheet
- Accurately files all deal files, service work orders, parts invoices and internal purchase orders
- Performs various clerical tasks as assigned
- Follows all company policies and procedures
