Reception/guest Services

Previous automotive experience is an asset but not mandatory, however administration/reception experience is required.

Communication, both verbal and written are essential for this role.

Duties include, but not limited to, answering phones in a timely manner, greeting and assisting customers in both sales and service department in a prompt, friendly manner, paperwork filing Administrative work generated from both Service and Sales Departments is required.

As this is a customer facing role, your best features include creating a welcoming environment for customers,, professional and eloquent. You work well under pressure with the ability to remain calm with positive body language and outlook.

You are organized, reliable and ensure all administrative procedures are always followed appropriately.

The days and hours of this role are Monday-Thursday evenings from 3pm-7pm and Saturdays 9am-4pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Every Weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
