The Opportunity

Our Client Relationship Agents are the backbone of the Motive Financial team, and we rely on them to deliver our best, every day. Connecting with clients to strengthen current relationships and attracting new customers by providing knowledgeable, friendly and efficient delivery of Motive Financials deposit products and services.

The Day to Day.
- Provide a high level of customer service that consistently goes above and beyond by asking open ended discovery questions and demonstrating active listening to ensure all our client’s financial needs are being met.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with each individual client and consistently follow up to continue to build trust.
- Perform detailed portfolio reviews and explorations with each client to bring together their financial needs under Motives services.
- Ensure policy and procedures are followed to ensure Motive’s retail administration is functioning optimally and aligns with applicable policies & regulatory requirements in all areas of retail banking and retail operations including deposits and investments.
- Support the team through peer-to-peer mentoring, identifying and implementing operational improvement initiatives and assist with tasks and duties outside of the normal scope when required.
- Treat all partners with professionalism, dignity and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that contribute to working successfully in a diverse working environment.

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from
- Some post-secondary education, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of sales, business development and market experience.
- Banking experience and experience in a call centre environment is considered an asset
