Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and service expertise to our clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to drive sales and referrals
  • Utilize technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business
  • Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs
  • Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
