Position OverviewAs a Client Solutions Manager, you will engage directly with our commercial clientele, delivering the exceptional service that Gallagher is renowned for. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the renewal process, addressing daily policy modifications, and collaborating with insurers to market policies as necessary.
Your Impact- Serve as the primary contact for a designated portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on client retention and enhancing customer relationships.
- Evaluate accounts during the renewal phase, ensuring appropriate coverage is placed for clients, and re-marketing when necessary, in accordance with carrier guidelines.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring efficient turnaround times for all client-related actions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, generating quality leads in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the insurance market, staying informed about new products and policy developments.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to explore cross-selling opportunities and leverage Gallagher's resources.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Brokering is required.
- Relevant certifications such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM are highly regarded.
- Possession of an active provincial license in good standing.
- Familiarity with EPIC is considered an asset.
- A Secondary School Diploma is required; a College or University Degree is preferred.
