**What will you be responsible for?**
- Partnerships Ownership: Manage and expand a dynamic network of 50+ partners. Spearhead initiatives to achieve a 2x year-over-year increase in lead generation from B2B partnerships, driving growth and maximizing the value of each partnership.
- Existing Partners Growth: Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within our existing partner network. Collaborate closely with partners to develop customized strategies that drive growth, optimize revenue, and enhance their overall experience with YouSet, ensuring long-term success.
- New Partners Onboarding: Collaborate closely with the CEO to identify and onboard new partners. Take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process and manage all logístical aspects of the partner launch to ensure a successful start.
- Partnerships Expert: Be the go-to person for partner-related inquiries within the company. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Career Growth: After achieving your growth objectives, play a key role in scaling our partnerships division by helping hire, lead, and coach a high-performing team.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- You currently work in partnerships or B2B sales at a fast-growing company
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B relationship management and/or B2B business development
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- You're a quick learner with a passion for technology and innovation
