Position Overview
Our client is seeking a National Account Manager to join their team in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area . This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in account management and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key national accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key national accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Create and implement strategic account plans to meet sales objectives and business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams-including marketing, logistics, and product development-to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and strengthen partnerships.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies proactively.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development , preferably in the Furniture & Home Décor industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
