As a member of the ITS Planning team within ITS Operations, you will be in the centre of IT Solutions by developing divisional communications, managing divisional resources and talent programs, and supporting divisional processes to ensure the division is operating at its peak.
**The role**:

- Designing, developing, executing ITS divisional communications
- Including quarterly reporting, divisional Town Hall and planning meetings, pulse surveys, and management of divisional SharePoint site
- Design, development, and execution of talent programs
- Including ITS co-op program and ITS hiring strategy
- Facilitate the completion of divisional operational projects as assigned
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions.

**You have**:

- Strong understanding of the Office 365 tools, especially SharePoint
- Writing & Communication - Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience communicating with internal staff
- Experience developing communication plans and strategies
- An understanding of feature-based delivery
- Willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building strong relationships

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience managing Co-op programs
- Experience with graphic design (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with design principles
