**The Job**
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about project development and planning, growing business, bringing tangible solutions and improvement, supporting the management team, and working in a friendly environment.
**Roles And Responsibilities**:
Ensure that all day-to-day operations are successfully completed.
Coordinate, track and monitor company projects that are successfully completed on time and within budget.
Responsible for quality assurance, safety procedures and standards, and documentation.
**Tasks**:
- Perfectly bilingual in english and french. Written and spoken is a must.
- Daily input of orders
- Daily accounts payable invoice processing
- Daily accounts receivables processing
- Issuing payments on a timely basis
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Negotiating contracts and rates with suppliers.
- Coordinate external contractors.
- Supporting special projects through planning and implementation.
- Track, record and review the progression of a given project to successful completion.
- Responsible for preparing and processing corporate documents and contracts.
- Keeping all files and records organized.
- Enter corporate store sales and reconcile to the sales registrar reports and investigate account issues, proposing solutions.

f. Recruitment
- Minimum 2 years of relatable experience.
- Perfectly bilingual in english and french.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive details.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (required)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
