Montréal, Canada Prime Properties Inc. Full time

Receptionist for a well established commercial real estate company with headquarters located in the heart of downtown Montreal. The position is 100% working from the office 8.30-5.30 Monday-Friday.

**Job Summary**
- Adding travel arrangements as well as events into the calendar
- Organizing meetings for other members of the office when needed
- Managing and coordinating travel for the Vice President as well as for his family members. This includes booking flights, hotel arrangements etc.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them accordingly
- Greeting clients and visitors (directing them to conference rooms, bringing guests coffee etc.)
- Managing files including filing and organizing paperwork
- Help the Leasing and Legal Department when required.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
- Handling all outgoing/incomming couriers
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as printing, photocopying, correspondence and faxing
- Draft letters, memos and reports as needed
- Ordering office supplies
- Organizing conference calls as needed
- Responsible for maintaining the kitchen area clean (emptying out dishwasher etc.)
- Keeping the front waiting area presentable and well organized
- Any other tasks as needed

- Extremely organized
- Professional
- Must be comfortable booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Very good writing abilities
- Ability to speak French on an intermediate level
- Friendly and welcoming
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
