- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with expense tracking - mthly reconciliations
- Provide administrative support to staff members - verify timesheets and invoice customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - help with customer pick ups
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services as necessary - verify orders, enter payables, process pymts, reconcile statements, receive shipments, process warranty claims / returns
- Ensure desk area is clean and organized

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic accounting... experience with account software is a plus
