**NomadHomes Inc. has an immediate opening for an office administrator. We are a dynamic, technology driven property management company located in Kingston, Ontario. We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented** **individual.**
- **Requirements**: _
- post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
- prior experience in administration or bookkeeping is an asset
- ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently as the job develops
- positive attitude, reliable, and dedicated to the growth of the business
- excellent problem solving and communication skills
- strong computer, internet, and math skills
- well organized and detail oriented
- ability to multitask during busy periods
- can work independently
- current CPIC
**_Duties include but are not limited to: _**
- depositing rents and monitoring the rent roll
- issuing rent reminders and past due notices
- tracking vendors and paying invoices
- create and send invoices
- paying property owners and issuing monthly building statements
- preparing year-end accounts for individual properties and the company as a whole
- managing office calendars and contact lists
- performing general computer work
- providing customer support
- filing paper documents
- working with other team members.
**On the job training and support will be provided as needed.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
