TOP Hockey is looking to hire passionate and energetic coaches to join our growing hockey programs in North Toronto and North York. Currently we are specifically hiring for two programs;
**Development Programs** - Our Development Programs run 2x weekly at various rinks around North Toronto and North York to work with intermediate players ages 6-10. Coaches will work under a lead coach to execute a practice plan, taking into account the Club's training and game model, coaching philosophy, and development expectations. All sessions take place on weeknights between 5:30pm-8:30pm, and/or weekends between 3pm-8pm.

**Learn-to-Play Programs** - Our Learn-To-Play Programs are offered 3x per week at various rinks around North Toronto and North York to work with beginner players ages 4-8. Coaches will work under a lead coach to execute a practice plan, taking into account the Club's training and game model, coaching philosophy, and development expectations. All sessions take place on weeknights between 5:30pm-8:30pm, and/or weekends between 3pm-8pm.

**Who Is Ideal?**

This role is ideal for someone with a strong hockey background who is currently enrolled in post-secondary school or with a flexible part-time or full time job.

All applicants must have a strong hockey playing background and experience working with kids ages 4-14 in a formal hockey setting. Hockey coaching experience is a required asset for Development programs. All coaches must be able to communicate effectively, act in a professional manner, and abide by the TOP Sports coaching philosophies at all times.
