TOP Sports is looking to hire passionate, energetic and experienced hockey coaches to join our growing hockey programs in North Toronto and North York. Currently, we are looking to hire Assistant and Head Coaches for various Academy teams ranging from U8 to U14.

**Academy Stream (Competitive)**

Head coaches are responsible for all elements associated with running their team, as well as management of their assistant coach. Commitment is 2-3 x per week, plus games and tournaments. Some light travel is required.

Assistant coaches are responsible for supporting the head coach with all coaching responsibilities. Commitment is 2-3 x per week, plus games and tournaments. Some light travel is required.

**Who Is Ideal?**

This role is ideal for someone with a strong hockey background, previous hockey coaching experience in a team environment, and strong communication skills.

All applicants must have experience working with kids ages 4-14 in a formal hockey setting. Hockey coaching experience is a required asset for Academy programs. All coaches must be able to communicate effectively, act in a professional manner, and abide by the TOP Sports coaching philosophies at all times.

All practice, game and tournament dates and times are set and provided ahead of the start of the season making scheduling around working and other commitments easy. All practices take place in the midtown Toronto area (North Toronto, North York).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
