**Job Description**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Initiate new business for all product lines, which includes calling leads and following-up on prospects, meeting or surpassing sales objectives, and compiling information to be sent out to prospective members. Answer product questions to attract potential members and make recommendations about other products, services and referral campaigns.
- Maintain the individual lines data system in our Broker Management System (BMS), which includes entering new members while ensuring accuracy of information.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing and introductory kits and health forms. This includes preparing documents and maintaining an effective follow-up system for leads, prospects and referrals via Salesforce.
- Maintain the LLB carrier data systems and updates member information for all product lines.
- Actively own and resolve all customer inquiries, while ensuring the customer effort is minimized.
- Actively participate within the team unit and independently to continuously contribute to overall business improvement.
- Submit activity and results reports to keep management informed.
**Qualifications**:
**Let’s Talk About You**:
- The ability to communicate in French (written and verbal) is required.
- A Life Insurance Licence and Accident and Sickness Licence. The Life Licence Qualification Program is required.
- A minimum of three years’ sales experience, preferably in Life Insurance and Health & Dental.
- Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior time management, project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.

- Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
