This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, providing support to the Group Benefits Operations Teams. This individual will be a part of and work closely with members of the Group Benefit National Workflow Team, in a fast paced environment to ensure service standards are met daily.
**What will you do?**
- Manage requests and inquiries via various inboxes, maintaining service levels standards
- Prioritize and assign work items in workflow tool based on set criteria
- Retrieving, downloading and distributing of daily reports
- Filing, photocopying and preparation of documents for off-site storage
- Sort and distribute incoming hard copy mail or faxes and scan paper mail as requested
- Support additional functions critical to operations such as managing small projects, perform manual member transactions, or any other task as requested
- Support team on various 'clean up' projects or initiatives that foster an organized and healthy work environment
- Continually strive for process improvement by recommending and implementing change in current practices and procedures
- Perform self-checks to ensure quality work
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contributes to increases in efficiencies

- Excellent keyboarding and computer skills (Lotus Notes, Outlook ,Excel & Word)
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
