**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Associate Registrar: Registrarial Service and Systems, the Curriculum Records Coordinator is responsible for the curriculum related aspects of student records, including maintaining the undergraduate academic calendar, progression rules and academic program information for all students in all faculties at Wilfrid Laurier University.

**Accountabilities**:
**Undergraduate Academic Calendar**
- Provides primary support and maintenance for the undergraduate academic calendar
- Publish calendar annually and revise calendar throughout year as required
- Analyzes and reviews Senate and Senate Academic Planning committees’ minutes in order to update the academic calendar in accordance with motions passed including modifications required in other areas of the calendar to reflect the decisions of Senate
- Obtain validation of changes from the respective academic areas

**Curriculum requirements**:

- Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of university rules and regulations regarding registration, progression, and graduation for all permutations of degrees, diplomas, certificates and micro-credentials offered by Laurier at the undergraduate level
- Analyzes motions past at Senate and Senate Academic Planning to:

- Create and maintain program codes for all Laurier programs at all levels
- Create and maintain all curriculum rules for all Laurier programs and all valid combinations of curriculum elements
- Create and maintain academic progression rules for all undergraduate program combinations
- Creates and maintains all admissions to student mapping rules in conjunction with Admissions and FGPS
- Works closely with IR to ensure that all curriculum elements are coded with the appropriate FORPOS, CIPC and USIS codes
- Maintains rules for LORIS program confirmation in accordance with changes to curriculum elements
- Maintains and runs process to create progression and graduation worksheets for review by the Records team and academic units
- Finalizes and makes official grades for each term
- Generates and distributes listings of Deans Honour Roll students annually
- Produces reports for senior administration and updates national and international directories associated with academic programs at the university.
- Maintains any curriculum flow software, verifying all work is done, and adjusting flows as required
- Oversees the sequential degree process for undergraduate students not at the Brantford campus
- Maintains all process documentation for above processes

**MyDegree**:

- Provides primary support and maintenance for MyDegree
- Analyzes curriculum changes passed by Senate and updates MyDegree accordingly using the Scribe scripting language
- Updates underlying configuration tables
- Responsible for user access security
- Responds to all inquiries from students, staff and faculty
- Create individualized records for second or subsequent degree students
- Annually publish updated MyDegree blocks for the new academic calendar, and ad hoc updates as required
- Oversees validation and testing of MyDegree
- Maintains MyDegree process documentation

**Advising and Training**:
