- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to:
- Monthly reconciliation of four bank accounts
- Government Remittance on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling business VISA card purchases
- Post purchase invoices and process timley payment
- Conducting account analysis, and preparing financial reports for year end
- Processing payroll and ensuring accurate employee compensation
- Manage benefits plan and pension plan

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software, and MS Office (Excel exercises will be part of the interview)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Firendly and Proactive demeanor
- Possess excellent problem solving skills
