We are searching for a motivated individual that possesses knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles, has great time management skills and is eager to learn.

Applicants should have strong communication skills and be attentive to detail.

**Relevant Skills/Knowledge**
- Accounting knowledge,
- Experience in Quickbooks (minimum 3 years)
- Data Entry Skills
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Professionalism and organization skills
- Confidentiality

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
Maintain accurate store records of financial transactions by:

- Recording expense and sales transactions
- Allocating and posting transactions
- Reconciling monthly statements
- Processing accounts receivables/account payables
- Preparing financial reports
- Create and prepare cheques for payroll, utilities, taxes and other services
- Comply with Federal and Provincial legal requirements

(Hours will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM)

**Experience in bookkeeping is necessary, minimum of 5 years experience is preferred
