**Reporting Relationship**:This position reports directly to the Director of IT & Information Security
**Job Summary**:The IT Accounting & Administration team member is responsible for all accounting duties for Team Systems and sub-divisions, administration of IT inventory, IT procurement and various other administration duties.
**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**
- AP/AR, expense tracking and reporting, financial statements, inventory management
**General Administration**
- Health & Safety Coordinator for TSI TECH
- Team building & event planning
**Technical Support**
- Perform all IT procurement, price validation
- Assist with IT audits at various locations
- Documenting various IT procedures
- IT storage and supply management
**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge & Experience**
- At least 2 years experience performing various accounting duties such as AP/AR, reporting, financial statements
- Understanding of basic IT processes
- Knowledge of retail automotive store operations (Sales, Service, Parts, etc) an asset
- 2nd level excel experience an asset- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse
**Personal Attributes**
- Able to present technical information to non-technical staff/management.
- High attention to detail, and proven time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (in person, on the phone, and written).
- Valid driver's license, clean driver abstract and own transportation to work are required as the location is not on a bus route
**Work Conditions**
**Shift Details**: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm
**Position Location**: Pointe West Autopark - 35C-3965 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB.
