**How does the role impact the organization?**

This position demands a blend of excellent client communication skills, keen initiative, technical acumen, and well-developed interpersonal skills. The Digital Campaign Manager will work on a variety of advisor-focused marketing initiatives, including paid social media campaigns and digital marketing consultations. The Digital Campaign Manager will work closely with our Financial Advisors and support staff across the country to assist them with their ongoing digital marketing needs.

**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Directly support Financial Advisors by uncovering their needs and by making recommendations on improving and optimizing their digital marketing strategies;
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media campaigns and search engine marketing (SEM);
- Support implementation of identified strategies for Financial Advisors to achieve marketing targets and assist in executing those strategies consistently over time;
- Consult with internal clients to develop and manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Ad campaigns;
- Set campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics in alignment with client goals;
- Create and manage campaign budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Search Engine Marketing trends and best practices;
- Coordinate and train internal resources across the firm on marketing and online best practice;
- Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance;
- Conduct client surveys, analyze website analytics, and evaluate campaign data to determine efficiency and shape future marketing strategies.

**What do we expect from you?**

**Knowledge Of**
- Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads) and analytics tools
- Proven experience in digital campaign management, preferably in a client-facing role;
- Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative, adapting to changing priorities and working independently;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Google Analytics.

**Ability to**
- Ensure quality and consistency in execution of content writing on webpage, social media, and all digital communications;

- Communicate proficiently in English (proficiency in French an asset); and
- Pay attention to detail.

**Educational/Previous Experience Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns in a professional services firm;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clients in a professional services firm;
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing or English;
- Experience with Google analytics, lead generation, and conversion tracking;
- Finely tuned analytical skills and experience with data analysis;
- Certifications in digital marketing or related areas (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are an asset.
