**Job Summary**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming Clients - greet staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring a high standard of personal interaction and a positive first impression of Bellevue Realty Group.
- Reception Area Management - maintain an organized and presentable reception area and office.
- Calls & Inquiries - answer and redirect phone calls professionally, address inquiries and relay messages
- Agent Support - respond to agent requests promptly and professionally.
- Mail Coordination - manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Administrative tasks - various tasks including real estate document preparation, ordering documents, file management, data entry, banking deposits, uploading listing content to MLS and website
- Marketing Communication - updating social media platforms and website content as required, advertising layouts, window display content
- Event Coordinator - assist in the planning and coordination of office/team events
- Inventory Management - monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Kitchen Maintenance - maintain kitchen area and replenish coffee supplies weekly

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of reception/administrative experience in a professional office, front desk or similar environment preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage is preferred.
- Post-secondary education or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, and Adobe Pro, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, able to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Positive attitude with a capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle any task with enthusiasm.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and business partners.
- valid BC driver's license and vehicle required

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
