We have an awesome team and we are looking to add to it. We need a CSR, but more than that we need someone that "fits" with our company. This "fit " is more important than experience....we can teach you that. DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
No experience needed On the job training provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
