**Type d'emploi : Permanent à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi**
**Horaires **:de 7h à 15h (pendant la saison)
Heures attribuées en fonction des besoins (pendant la basse saison)
**Salaire**: $17.50
**Résumé**:
En tant que représentant(e) du support clients (CSR) du camp, vous jouez un rôle crucial en tant que principal point de contact pour nos clients. Vos responsabilités consisteront notamment à répondre efficacement aux demandes des clients et des parents, à maintenir d'excellentes normes de communication et de service et à gérer les factures des clients.
**Pendant la saison**, vous serez affecté à des emplacements de camps multiples dans toute la ville de Montréal pour gérer les inégalités et les problèmes sur place.
**Responsabilités**:
- Promouvoir la satisfaction des clients
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des parents via HubSpot et Webex
- Gérer les inscriptions aux camps via Amilia
- Envoyer la facture
- Communiquer les préoccupations des parents en matières de satisfaction au responsable du support clients et aux responsables des sites
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingues en français et anglais (parlé et écrit)
- Excellentes compétences en communication (parlé et écrit)
- La connaissance du camp est un atout
- Esprit orienter avec un expérience de résultat client positive
- Compétence d'écoute active pour répondre effectivement aux besoins des clients
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à travailler de manières indépendantes, à penser de manières critiques et à travailler sous pression
- Compétence mathématiques de base pour une facturation et des transaction financières précises
- Capacité à travailler en équipes

**Job Title**:Customer Support Representative**
**Job Type: Full time permanent, Monday-Friday**
**Hours**:7 am to 3 pm (during on camp season)
Assigned hours based on need (during off camp season)
**Salary**: $17.50
**Summary**:
As a camp customer support representative (CSR), you play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include efficiently responding to customer and parent inquiries, maintaining excellent communication and service standards and managing client invoices.
During the on-season, you will be assigned to a multiple camp location throughout the city of Montreal to handle on-site inequities and issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote client satisfaction
- Answer phone calls from parents via HubSpot and Webex
- Manage Camp registrations via Amilia
- Send invoicing
- Communicate parent satisfaction concerns to the head of Customer Support and Location Managers
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Camp knowledge is an asset
- Customer oriented mindset with a positive customer outcome experience
- Active listening skills to effectively address customers needs
- Ability to multitask, work independently, think critically and work under pressure
- Basic mathematical proficiency for accurate invoicing and financial transactions
- Ability to work as a team
**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Pay: $17.50 per hour
