Team Leader, Enterprise Customer Relationship

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leading the development and operation of NAIT's Salesforce CRM platform, supporting student enrollment and retention activities.
- Collaborating with business unit leaders and vendors to optimize Salesforce usage and refine related processes.
- Managing the Salesforce product backlog and ensuring day-to-day platform operations.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and workflows.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to the CRM team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Participating in recruitment activities, developing team objectives, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
- Staying abreast of Salesforce CRM trends and best practices to leverage technology effectively for organizational success.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM system
- Experience in Salesforce platform administration and development
- Proficiency in managing Salesforce product backlog and workflows
- Ability to optimize Salesforce usage and refine business processes
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, facilitating iterative development and continuous improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Related diploma or degree in business, computer systems or similar.
- Scrum master certification is desirable.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is desirable.
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
**Remuneration**: $87,684.22 - $116,170.86 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
