We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at IVOR ENTERPRISE INC. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service and quality control.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management and Supply Chain

Staff Recruitment and Management

Quality Control and Customer Service

Reporting and Administration

Prepare food order summaries for our chef, maintaining accurate records and reports to support our culinary operations.

Work Schedule and Hours

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and maintaining a 35-hour workweek.

Requirements
  • Education
