Job Summary
As a Team Leader at Groupe Dynamite Inc., you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of your store by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer. Your main focus will be on building and maintaining meaningful and long-term relationships with customers, while also contributing to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
- Play a key role in maintaining brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to optimize inventory management and increase sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Contribute to the success of the store by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
- Passion for fashion & customer-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized; a hands-on teammate who takes a proactive approach to all tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high levels of attention and service
- Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices, and Computer skills are an asset
- Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
