**Program Analyst**

First Nations Technical Advisory Group Alberta (TSAG) is seeking to employ a full time Program Analyst to join our Circuit Rider Training Program team. Reporting to the Circuit Rider Manager, the Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the program manager in reporting QA/QC, oversight of the program team calendar, preparation and review of program submissions, training planning and coordination and reporting (quarterly and ad hoc) for the circuit rider program. They will communicate project deliverables and updates to the program managers while fostering relationships with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides end user requests and issue support for business development, streamlining of reporting and dashboard development and deployment
- Resolves process related system support issues.
- Assists with, creating, or updating process, training and system documentation.
- Assists with classroom and web-based training to end users.
- Assists with documentation of minor system enhancement requirements.
- Liaises with business, technology, and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Assists with collection and compilation of team metrics.
- Assists with the creation of governance documentation.
- Assists with new and ongoing department initiatives.
- Assists with analysis of system and data usage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the business sector in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of business processes
- Experience in budgeting is an asset
- Post-Secondary Education in a business or related field
- Well versed in Project Management Processes
- Advanced computer proficiency (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Internet research) is essential
- Experience working in a very fast-paced, self-directed, and dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated positive relationships with internal/external customers
