- We are looking for a Maintenance Systems Coordinator in our Rail Cars and Shops DepartmentReporting to the Systems Integrator - RAMS Group, this position is primarily responsible for the administration of all maintenance system requirements for the Rail Cars & Shops Department (RC&S).You will ensure the systems are fully operational while maintaining, updating, and revising system procedures and its relevant documentation.**What You Will Do**:

- Preparation and monitoring of the operating and capital budgets for the department, and the key performance indicators (KPI)
- Coordinating and monitoring the operation and use of all computerized maintenance systems (including the work order system) on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum efficiency and response time, optimal use of system capabilities, and adherence to established procedures and controls;
- Liaising with users, the Information Technology Services (ITS) Department technical and administrative staff, and various departments to ensure the system is fully operational and service requirements are met;
- Authorizing additions or changes to user IDs, security access levels, system codes/tables, equipment registration, etc.
- Performing regular audits of system information to ensure procedures are followed accurately and consistently;
- Providing advice, assistance and direction to RC&S staff with respect to system use and generation of system reports;
- Authorizing and prioritizing the production of special system reports;
- Maintaining a variety of records pertinent to RC&S (e.g. fixed asset information, budget data, etc.), extracting information from the systems, and preparing various associated reports and correspondence;
- Administering the SAP S/4 HANA, the Information and Financial systems (IFS), Subway Maintenance System (SMS), Staff Attendance System, Delay Log System, Request For Documentation (RFD) System, Workforce Management System and any other computerized information system utilized by RC&S;
- Tracking vehicle/component reliability and various other performance measure data using SMS/Maximo, and preparing various reports and charts for inclusion in the RC&S departmental report;
- Assisting in the development of departmental performance measures, and conducting regular audits to ensure accurate and timely reporting of information by RC&S;

- Sound judgement, well developed organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and to coordinate the efforts of others to accomplish goals and objectives
- Time management skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- An understanding of web and server-based technologies and associated software
