**Overview**
**Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, SNC-Lavalin, Aecon, and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.**

The Systems Technical Coordinator within the Systems Operations Team will be supporting the Operations, Reports and Close-out Leads in the day-to-day activities required for the execution of ELCRT System Operations scope, including but not limited to Training, Revenue Vehicles, and Signalling and Train Control. Coordination, strategic communication, and administrative activities related to various third-party stakeholder interfaces is the primary focus of this role.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Systems Technical Coordinator will perform the following activities:

- Coordinates Third-party stakeholder interfaces with HMQE (Metrolinx), TTC, and other groups and entities involved in the ECLRT project (Toronto Police Service, City of Toronto, CTS-Design (CTSD), and CTS-Maintenance (CTSM)).
- Coordinates supporting activities with CTSC’s systems integration engineering consulting firm including but not limited to review of design documentation, close-out of
- Updates project trackers on a regular basis and ensures information is transmitted accordingly to feed project reports and dashboards.
- Reviews commercial and technical vendor documents to ensure accuracy.
- Tracks completion of the technical vendor documents and coordinates the review process to address outstanding issues.
- Identifies and resolves schedule progress, contractual and technical issues and escalates to the Systems Integration Lead or Project Manager as and when required.
- Leads the weekly progress meetings on behalf of the PM, takes and circulates meeting minutes.
- Reviews and follows through the vendor’s schedule, ensuring its constructability and its compatibility with the contract requirements.
- Interacts with Procurement, Expediting, Engineer of Record, Testing & Commissioning, V&V, Safety, and Systems Assurance teams where required.
- Assists the Planning and Scheduling team by providing monthly updates on Systems, Operations, and Training milestones with supporting documentation to validate Revenue Claims.
- Supports commercial claims efforts by coordinating with the team to consolidate supporting evidence and documents.
- Supports Testing and Commissioning team in close-out of ELCRT systems scope.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma related to engineering, technology, or computer science, or relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years work experience managing systems and systems interfaces, preferably on railways construction projects.
- AFP / DBFM / P3 construction project work experience is an asset.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Microsoft Project or Smartsheet experience.
- Problem solving, mediation, gap analysis and recognition, assertive yet fair communication skills.
- Exemplary communication skills, keen attention to detail, motivated self-starter, team player.
