THE ROLE

Talent Acquisition

- In collaboration with the marketing team, you will launch employee branding campaigns to break into the market, such as recruiting on campus, launching new graduate programs, and expanding the brand.
- Develop talent sourcing tactics that prioritize pursuing exceptional applicants over passively waiting for them to apply.
- Throughout the employee lifecycle, you will be an advocate and champion for the employee experience and "moments that matter."

Talent Management
- Act as a key stakeholder in evaluating the effectiveness of development programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Establish cross-functional relationships and partner with key stakeholders to evaluate business needs and priorities and their implications for talent management and organizational effectiveness programs and processes.
- Design and implement an effective onboarding process, ensuring it facilitates a positive new employee experience.
- Enhance people development programs that align with business objectives.
- Develop a career pathing process or tool and succession plans to support employee growth and advancement.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback, goal setting, and improvement plans.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Implement recognition and rewards programs to acknowledge and motivate high-performing employees.
- Provide thought leadership through the deployment of processes and initiatives to promote a culture that prioritizes diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within the organization.
- Collect and analyze talent-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- You bring five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in talent acquisition and talent management, ideally a mix of corporate and manufacturing.
- You have led a team that focused on talent acquisition and talent management initiatives, ideally seeing a program from beginning to being embedded into the business.
- You have experience in making strategic decisions and can translate talent initiatives into measurable business impact.
- You understand that growing a talent management program starts by understanding the current programs / initiatives in place - building on top of them for success.
