Small Engine Technician

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Diagnose and repair small engines, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, and other outdoor power equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups, and chainsaw chain and lawn mower blade sharpening's.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Assist customers in understanding repair options and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Small Engine Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with Honda and Stihl, Walker Mower, and Greenworks Commercial equipment is a plus.
- Experience in automotive repair is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Competence in using various power tools safely and effectively.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
