As our next Process Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting and guiding automated assembly lines to monitor and drive efficiency while maintaining product quality. Your expertise in manufacturing processes and quality control will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working in compliance with Stackpole Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Production Systems.
- Providing assistance to supervisors, quality engineers, systems technicians, and production operators in resolving setup or process control problems.
- Ensuring adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and all Stackpole International policies.
- Recording of such process events in the machine logs, shift reports or lessons learned library.
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- A technical degree or relevant industrial experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and quality requirements based on IATF 16949/ISO 9001.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, root cause analysis and FMEA approach.
