E-commerce Sales Coordinator

This role will support all activities related to sales and relationship growth for our eCommerce program across all Renin business categories and e-commerce channels. This includes strategy development, presentation creation, analysis, forecasting, and tactical preparation related to customer programs, meetings, calls and events. This position is responsible for developing and executing “go to market” strategies within the online channels that will drive profitable growth and increase market share.
Working closely with internal and external partners, you will drive the day-to-day performance of the e-commerce channel, inclusive of promotions, advertising, and operational functionalities to achieve strong, sustainable, and profitable growth.
You will need to establish strong relationships with the Key Decision Makers that will provide opportunities to grow sales and solidify Renin’s relationship with Key Accounts.
This position requires travel approximately 10% of the time
**Primary Responsibilities/Job Duties**
- Ensure pricing, content, and listings are up to date
- Uploading products on HomeDepot, Wayfair, Lowe's, etc.
- Create listings, identify keywords, improve SEO to ensure maximum exposure of our products
- Optimize the quantity and quality of traffic to our listings
- Consistently review & assess KPIs to ensure growth goals are achieved
- Monitor and analyze POS and other sales data analytics
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales updates.
- Monitor and report on product fulfillment compliance data.
- Ensure consumer web experience is relevant and concise
- Increase sales
- Related customer service and sale assistance.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in creating professional presentations and business updates.
- Complete customer inquiries, documents, and submissions
- Resolve and troubleshoot customer service escalations.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, communications, or similar.
- 1-2 years sales and marketing experience with increasing responsibility in sales account management, focused on e-commerce.
- Strong sales and service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Competent in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel
- Strong analytical skills - creative problem-solver who can leverage disparate sources of information and deliver comprehensive analysis. Proven ability to bridge data with business insights to drive relevant, actionable output.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Teams, including supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, with good critical thinking with hands on problem solving attitude
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently, with mínimal supervision
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
