**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify target markets and create strategies to reach and engage potential customers
- Manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Oversee e-commerce initiatives, including website design, product listings, and customer experience
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and enhance existing offerings
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Strong knowledge of advertising principles and practices
- Proficiency in SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings
- Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising and content marketing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices for online sales
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent product management skills, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and product positioning
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools for analyzing campaign performance
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 for website content optimization
