**Position**: Leasing Manager

**Location**: Toronto, ON

Westbank Living is a portfolio of beautifully designed homes for lease; designed, constructed, and managed by Westbank.

Our portfolio of homes for lease in Vancouver, Calgary, Seattle and Toronto is growing fast and we’re hiring a talented Leasing Manager to join our team. If you’re interested in working for an innovative, top-performing team in real estate we encourage you to apply.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for the residential leasing activities in the Toronto portfolio
- Manage and lead the team of Leasing Associates
- Respond to leasing inquiries, securing appointments to view the property and update/record activity
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and government regulations
- Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements, including conducting reference background checks and credit checks
- Close sales for leasing unfurnished suites to meet or exceed company goals
- Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and informing clients accurately on the leasing process
- Participate in weekly leasing meetings
- Uphold Westbank Living’s mission, vision, and values serving as a brand and cultural ambassador for our residents, co-workers, vendors, and the public
- Ensure compliance with all legislation

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 year’s residential leasing experience
- Strong knowledge of the local residential market and leasing principles
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling
- Ability to easily build rapport with prospective clients
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written; professional phone manner; good conflict-resolution skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Passion for excellence in customer service delivery
- Must be able to work some evenings/weekends and statutory holidays
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and social media practices
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Project a professional image and demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with smart phone and tablet technology
- Familiarity of DocuSign, Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and Rent Café CRM

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 4 years (preferred)
- Property leasing: 4 years (required)
