We are looking for a full-time **Payroll & Accounts Receivable Associate** to join the Finance Department at our administration office in Petrolia.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform payroll for large number of employees, ensuring accurate tax and benefit deductions in accordance with legislative and policy requirements
- Respond to any payroll inquiries by internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain records pertaining to payroll and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process accounts receivable invoices, monitor to ensure payments are accurate and timely, and follows up on all outstanding invoices
- Prepare daily bank deposit and enter bank and credit card payments into accounting software

**What you will need**:

- Diploma in Accounting
- 1-2 years related experience an asset
- Experience with Sage 300 an asset
- Attention to detail to process information accurately and quickly
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Documentation of COVID-19 Vaccination

**Compensation and scheduling**:

- $20.32 - $21.07 per hour based on experience
- Full-Time - 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
