Ap / Ar Associate

SureSource Commodities trades organic specialty crops worldwide. Our continued rapid growth has created new opportunities and we are searching for an AR/AP Associate to join our growing team.

**The responsibilities include**:
**Accounts Receivable**
- accurate and timely customer invoicing (settlements)
- liaise with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or delinquencies
- deposit cheques

**Accounts Payable**
- code and input vendor invoices
- prepare payment runs
- organize and file vendor invoices

**Key Skills & Proficiencies**
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word
- strong planning and organizational skills
- attention to detail
- time management
- ability to work independently
- ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers and vendors
- GrainSmart / Agtech software experience

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounts Payable: 2 years (preferred)
