The Sales Professional will work to improve our clients overall market share position and achieve financial growth; identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, build key customer relationships, and maintain extensive knowledge of current and future market conditions. Working closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and other departments to provide customer service and increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization. Continuously looking for opportunities to expand our clients channel, market share, and customer base. The Sales Professional will manage customers expectations and will often make presentations on product solutions and our clients services. Demand generation is an integral component of the Sales Professionals daily functions and is instrumental to ensure continued and sustained growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences
- Identify customers needs, pitching relevant company products or services, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Assist customers with product selection based on product specifications, and regulations - Emphasizing product features & benefits
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in industry associations such as HRAI and CIPH
- Generate demand at the contractor level through distributors' joint sales calls, contractor events & activities, lunch & learns, trade shows, BBQs, parades of products, and any other methods of interaction
- Negotiate prices, terms of sale, service agreements, and prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management, forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate customers effectiveness
- Strategize on solutions and initiatives to meet personal and sales team targets
- Follow-up for collection and payment
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports - call reports, work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis, Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
- When needed, assist technicians in the resolution of technical issues with company products either over the phone or on-site visits

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of Sales experience preferred within the HVAC industry
- Valid Drivers License and able to travel
- Outstanding Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Management and Communication skills
