**Location**: Mississauga and Hamilton/Stoney Creek

**Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- **Sales Development**: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and proactively engage potential customers to expand our client base.
- **Solution Selling**: Present and demonstrate the benefits of Wilcox Door products and services, guiding clients through the sales process to close deals effectively.
- **Quota Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals, developing a healthy sales pipeline and managing CRM records.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years in outside sales, account management, or B2B sales, preferably within industrial services, construction, or similar fields.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field is a plus).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, self-motivated with a proven track record of sales success, and strong organizational skills.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients (driver’s license in good standing required).
