Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- File and maintain HR documents, such as employee records, policies, and procedures
- Type and proofread HR-related correspondence and documents
- Provide customer support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems for data entry and record keeping

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
- Experience working in a dental receptionist or customer service role is beneficial
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
