**Position Overview**:

- Oversee and manage the recruitment portal in the Deighton HRIS system
- Ensure recruitment process is followed by DAL members
- Consult with HR Generalist and Deighton Executive on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
- Facilitate and provide comprehensive training sessions to managers on proficient interviewing techniques and strategies
- Generate and deliver weekly statistical reports to the HR Generalist, presenting key metrics and insights at a higher level of detail
- Work closely with third party recruitment firm for appropriate positions
- Participate in job fairs, tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and expand the Deighton talent pool

**Skill Requirements**:

- University Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate certificate in Computer Science; or related business field
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Superior attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a faced-paced and dynamic environment and remain calm when faced with ambiguity; and
- A collaborative team player
- Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical discussions and concepts
