**J.Y.C AUTO INC **is a family-run leading Canadian business with over 34 years in the worldwide export of vehicles across the world for corporate or private clients.
Our head office is in Mont-Royal near the famous Gibeau Orange Julep restaurant and De la Savane metro station.
We are presently looking for a receptionist to assist with the daily running activities of our Head office.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Answer, filter and forward incoming phone calls,
- Greet people and direct visitors to the right person and office,
- Scan all the documents related to Sales or Purchases of cars (daily)
- Maintain the filling system of invoices (write stock number, the buyers etc..)
- Prepare excel sheet for tax claims of vehicles purchased
- Send documents to Revenu Quebec for the refund of T.V.Q
- Maintain different companies filling system
- Arrange and follow-up courier pickups and deliveries (FedEx)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mailings / consignments
- Assist the Transport & HR department.
- Assist the Management in all requests.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- A minimum of 2 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to prioritize and organize many diverse tasks at once
- High school degree;
The schedule is **Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00pm.**
Compensation commensurate to experience.
